How Not to Kill Your Houseplant New Edition: Survival Tips for the Horticulturally Challenged
I love houseplants but sometimes struggle to make sure I’m caring for them correctly. I saw this gem at the library and borrowed it for the weekend and have already read so many good tips and tricks for my plants. Two plants that I’ve enjoyed having in my home: Snake plant and ZZ plants.

Emma:
Stuffed Animal Storage: Over door organizer
My daughter’s stuffed animal situation was starting to feel like a never-ending battle. I was brainstorming ways to organize them, and that’s when I stumbled upon a door-hanging stuffed animal organizer. I was immediately sold. The design is perfect because it lets me store the animals she doesn’t play with as often at the top, while the ones she uses most are easily within reach at the lower levels.
But my favorite part is how it transforms her room. Once the closet door is closed, everything is neatly tucked away and out of sight. It makes her room feel so much cleaner and less cluttered, which is a huge win for both of us. Plus, it’s a simple solution that lets me store her ever-growing stuffed animal collection without sacrificing space or style.

Eliza:
My husband and I love Alfredo sauce but it’s always felt like such a heavy meal. Emma shared this recipe with us a couple months ago and we have never looked back. The recipe definitely made the top of my April favorites list, we seriously eat it at least once a week over here. This creamy lemon pasta sauce is light, zesty, and just the right amount of rich. Made with fresh lemon juice, garlic, and a touch of cream! It’s simple, flavorful, and ready to impress! We always eat it with ravioli but you can add whatever pasta you’d like! The recipe does include a chicken dish but we always just make the sauce.
Also, I’m also a big fan of making the simple things feel fancy so when I saw these dishes at Target I had to snag them. Now it feels like we’re eating out every time I plate our meal on these!

Faith:
I have never been a water drinker. I like water and know it’s good for me, but just forget to drink it. My Owala water bottle however has been my favorite water bottle to date especially this month as days have gotten hotter. I am definitely one of those people that have jumped from brand to brand, but I am a big fan of Owala and have been using one for awhile. I love the straw feature and there are so many cute colors to choose from. I also feel like it keeps my water colder much longer than previous water bottles that I have had. I know people have their preferences of water bottles, but I would rate Owala a 10/10!

Not a physical item you can have… but blossoms!
I am obsessed with the trees and bushes I have seen the entire month of April. My favorite thing to do is go on walks to try and see the different colors. Some places that are still blossoming and not overcrowded and calmed down are the Draper Utah Temple grounds, Memory Grove in Salt Lake, the University of Utah Campus, and the Utah State Capitol. I have allergies, but the colors are always worth it.
