- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the pork is fully cooked and fork-tender.
- Drain the excess liquid, then shred the pork with two forks.
- Blend together the sauce ingredients: Coke, green chilies, enchilada sauce, and brown sugar.
- Pour the sauce over the shredded pork and stir to coat.
- Let it sit on low until ready to serve.
