Ingredients
  

  • Your favorite bread
  • 2-3 slices bacon
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded or chopped
  • 1-2 ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • Splash of red wine vinegar
  • Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Swiss cheese

Method
 

  1. Toss the shredded lettuce into a bowl. Add the mayo and a splash of red wine vinegar, then mix until creamy.
  2. Sprinkle in a generous amount of Everything But the Bagel seasoning and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Dice the tomato and stir it into the lettuce-mayo mixture.
  4. Cook the bacon until crispy (microwave or stovetop).
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet, top with Swiss cheese, and broil until melted and bubbly.
  6. Assemble: layer the bacon on the bread, top with a generous scoop of the lettuce-tomato mix, and serve.
