Elegant and Easy Caesar Salad

Caesar salad is one of the easiest salads ever! Trust me, I know. And that’s exactly why I love it so much. Life gets busy, and before you know it, you’re being asked to bring a salad to a bridal shower, baby shower, family event, or even just trying to figure out what to make for lunch or dinner.
As a teacher, there are days when I’m running straight from school to an event or scrambling to throw together a meal. That’s when a good Caesar salad saves the day. Crisp greens, creamy dressing, and crunchy croutons, it’s a classic! But if you’re looking to elevate your Caesar salad game, this fancy version is exactly what you need.
Ingredients:
- Romaine lettuce
- Kale
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Croutons
- Cherry tomatoes
- Caesar dressing
- Complete spice seasoning (served on the side)

How to Make the Caesar Salad:
- Prep the Greens – Start by washing and chopping the romaine lettuce and kale. The combination of these two greens gives the salad a great balance, romaine keeps it crisp, while kale adds heartiness. Toss them together in a large bowl.
- Add the Cheese – Sprinkle in freshly grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella for a rich, cheesy bite.
- Enhance the Texture – The croutons bring that classic Caesar crunch, while juicy cherry tomatoes add a pop of freshness and color.
- Dress It Up – Drizzle your favorite Caesar dressing over the top and give everything a good toss to coat the greens evenly. The key to a great Caesar salad is making sure every bite is packed with flavor without being overbearing. Start with a little dressing, you can always add more!
- Customize the Flavor – Serve the salad with complete spice seasoning on the side. This allows everyone to season to their own taste, adding an extra layer of flavor that makes this salad stand out.
Make It a Meal:
This salad works beautifully as a side dish, but you can easily turn it into a full meal by adding rotisserie chicken for a quick and delicious protein boost.
It’s fresh, full of flavor, and simple, which is exactly what makes it a classic. Whether you’re in a rush or just want to impress with a slightly fancier take on a Caesar salad, this recipe has got you covered!
