Easy Homemade Caesar Salad Recipe

Caesar salad is one of the easiest salads ever! Trust me, I know. And that’s exactly why I love it so much. Life gets busy, and before you know it, you’re being asked to bring a salad to a bridal shower, baby shower, family event, or even just trying to figure out what to make for lunch or dinner.
As a teacher, there are days when I’m running straight from school to an event or scrambling to throw together a meal. That’s when a good Caesar salad saves the day. Crisp greens, creamy dressing, and crunchy croutons, it’s a classic! But if you’re looking to elevate your Caesar salad game, this fancy version is exactly what you need.

Elegant and Easy Caesar Salad
Ingredients
Method
- Prep the greens: Wash and chop the romaine and kale, then toss them together in a large bowl.
- Add the cheese: Sprinkle in the freshly grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella.
- Add the croutons and cherry tomatoes for crunch and a pop of freshness.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top and toss to coat evenly. Start with a little and add more to taste.
- Serve with complete spice seasoning on the side so everyone can season to taste.
Make It a Meal:
This salad works beautifully as a side dish, but you can easily turn it into a full meal by adding rotisserie chicken for a quick and delicious protein boost.
It’s fresh, full of flavor, and simple, which is exactly what makes it a classic. Whether you’re in a rush or just want to impress with a slightly fancier take on a Caesar salad, this recipe has got you covered!
