The Perfect Spring Salad

The Salad
- Spinach or spring salad mix – A fresh, leafy base.
- 1 apple, thinly sliced – Adds crisp sweetness.
- Crumbled feta cheese – Creamy, tangy goodness.
- Walnuts, toasted – A satisfying crunch.

The Dressing
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar – A bright, flavorful base with natural tang.
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey – A subtle sweetness to balance the acidity.
- 1 garlic clove, grated – Just a touch for depth and warmth.
- ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard – Helps emulsify the dressing and adds a slight kick.
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt & freshly ground black pepper – Essential seasoning to bring everything together.

How to Make It
