I am an absolute sucker for children’s books and fairytales. When I first wanted to start introducing fairytales to my kids I was amazed at all the different versions. Some great and some not so great. Last summer we spent a ton of time reading fairytales and deciding which ones were our favorites. Here are 12 that made the cut. I’ve been making this Copycat Zupas Green Goddess

I’ve been making this Copycat Zupas Green Goddess Salad on repeat. It’s fresh, filling, and such an easy lunch or dinner option.

Here’s what’s in it: • Spring mix or butter lettuce • Rice • Grilled chicken • Edamame • Sugar snap peas • Cucumber • Avocado • Fresh Parmesan cheese
Then top it with homemade Green Goddess dressing:
Blend together: • 1 cup Greek yogurt • 1 cup parsley • 1 cup mixed herbs (dill, mint & basil) • 2 tbsp chives • 2 tbsp lemon juice • ½ tsp lemon zest • 1 tbsp olive oil • 2 tsp capers • 1 garlic clove • Salt + pepper

The dressing is creamy, herby, and makes the whole salad so fresh and flavorful. Perfect for meal prep or an easy weeknight dinner. Enjoy!

I love that it feels healthy while still actually keeping me full. Perfect for lunches, meal prep, or an easy dinner.

A few of us sisters have had babies very close together. Some babies are days old, some a few weeks, and some a few months. One of my sisters started a 2:00 AM group chat where we simply say hello, send an emoji, cheer each other on, and remember that other mothers are awake with us.

We are not alone in this. No matter what phase of womanhood, motherhood, aunthood, sisterhood, you-name-it-hood you are in, as we keep pushing forward we can remember:

“Just so you know, in case it helps, I’m awake with you.”

We had an interesting situation the other day with one of my kids that sent me to bed feeling pretty sad and discouraged. But that next morning I knew as their Mom I wasn’t helpless! I could teach them how to be kind to others, to stand up for what’s right, and strengthen their own self-confidence so that unkind words roll off their back like water on a duck. Here are 10 books I’ve added to my own mom tool kit to continue having these conversations that are so important. Let me know if you have others to add! I’m always looking for recommendations. My go-to Cilantro Lime Dressing! I make this prett

My go-to Cilantro Lime Dressing! I make this pretty much weekly and use it for lunch salads and all sorts of dinners. Enjoy! And don’t mind me-in my pajamas, tired eyes, and a broken blender…just keeping it real here folks 🤪

INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix (ignore directions on package)
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup buttermilk
1-2 limes (enough for 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice)
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
¼ cup green salsa
½ cup cilantro, chopped
Hot sauce, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine ranch dressing mix, mayo, buttermilk, lime juice, garlic, and salsa in the blender. Blend until smooth. Add the cilantro, pulse until the cilantro is well combined. Add hot sauce to taste. Best if you can chill the dressing for several hours before serving.

Also-I usually cheat with the buttermilk and just use lemon juice and milk.

Always looking for any chance to tell my kids all the things I love about them! This year for Valentine’s Day, I created these little envelopes out of paper. We are going to hang them up on our wall with the names of each of our family members and use the week to fill them with love notes. I’ll link the YouTube video I used to fold the envelopes in our stories! Easy, cheap, and meaningful-my kind of tradition 🤍

DIY snow recipe: • 3 cups baking soda • 3/4 cup white conditioner
Add more or less conditioner to create the consistency you’re looking for.

Add small toys, trees, or containers for extra play. Messy, cold, fluffy, and toddler-approved 🙌🏻
