One of the easiest ways we’ve found to make weeknights less stressful is planning dinners before the week begins. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Having a simple plan in place means fewer last-minute grocery runs and far less standing in front of the fridge wondering what to make.
This week’s easy weekly meal plan is full of family favorites with a good mix of quick dinners, comfort food, and meals that are perfect for summer evenings.
Monday: Easy Greek Chicken

We’re kicking off the week with one of our favorite grilling recipes. This Greek chicken is marinated in fresh lemon juice, garlic, and herbs, making it flavorful, juicy, and incredibly versatile. We love serving it with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
Tuesday: Homemade Pizza Night

Pizza night is always a win around here. We love grabbing Trader Joe’s fresh pizza dough and letting everyone build their own pizza with their favorite toppings. It’s easy, fun, and one of the few dinners everyone gets excited about.
We use this Pizza Steel to cook our pizzas on for the perfect crust. It’s so good!
Wednesday: Martha’s Famous Sloppy Joes

This isn’t your average sloppy joe recipe. It’s sweet, tangy, and one of those meals people request over and over again. Serve it with chips, fruit, or veggies for a quick weeknight dinner.
Thursday: Honey Chipotle Lime Chicken Bowls

These chicken bowls from Mel’s Kitchen Cafe are packed with fresh flavors and are one of our favorite ways to switch things up during the week. They’re filling, colorful, and easy to customize with everyone’s favorite toppings.
Friday: BBQ Pork Sliders

These BBQ pork sliders are one of our favorite meals for feeding a crowd, but they’re just as delicious for a family dinner. The homemade sauce has the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors, making these sandwiches hard to resist.
Saturday: Southwest Pasta Salad

With Fourth of July celebrations just around the corner, we’re bringing this Southwest Pasta Salad from Our Best Bites to our BBQ. It’s fresh, colorful, and loaded with flavor, making it the perfect summer side dish.
